I recently had my chimney cleaned, a new chimney cap installed, and the crown refinished by Mr. Fred and Mr. Chris of Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions. While there was a slight delay at the start, I called Mr. Bledsoe, who immediately apologized and made sure the team arrived within 10 minutes. From there, everything went smoothly. Fred and Chris were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their craft. They did an excellent job with the cleaning, the installation, and the crown work. They kept me informed throughout the process even with pictures. The chimney looks great, and I feel confident it’s in much better condition now. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney maintenance or repair.
