Neil did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a gas fireplace, so Neil taught me everything I need to know to operate it safely. I highly recommend Chimney Sweep Solutions.

I recently had my chimney cleaned, a new chimney cap installed, and the crown refinished by Mr. Fred and Mr. Chris of Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions. While there was a slight delay at the start, I called Mr. Bledsoe, who immediately apologized and made sure the team arrived within 10 minutes. From there, everything went smoothly. Fred and Chris were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their craft. They did an excellent job with the cleaning, the installation, and the crown work. They kept me informed throughout the process even with pictures. The chimney looks great, and I feel confident it’s in much better condition now. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney maintenance or repair.

Honestly, I was a little nervous about booking Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions because they didn’t have many reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a shot. They were super professional, friendly, and did a great job. Everything was clean, quick, and the price was fair. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Just had my chimney cleaned by Fireplace Chimney Sweep Solutions and they were awesome. Super friendly, showed up on time, and got everything done without any mess. Price was totally fair too. Would definitely use them again!

My sister had the chimney on her new house inspected and since Sed Bledsoe and Fred were in the neighborhood, they consented to check our chimney too. We've been in this house a little over a year but never thought to have the chimney checked when we moved in. Thankfully, these men came to our house, inspected, repaired damage and cleaned our fireplace. We were very impressed with their professionalism, willingness and kindness. We didn't even have an appointment yet they helped us. We also have a rental and they checked that chimney and fireplace too and discovered some damage that if left unattended would have led to larger problems. So, we feel grateful and blessed to have this work done and our chimneys and fireplaces in good working order. Thank you Sed and Fred! :-)

I am very satisfied with Chimney Sweep Solutions. We quit using our chimney for 10+ years and decided to start using it again. We called him out to fix our issues and were very quick. About a week and a half later the water leak kept leaking so I contacted Mr.Sed at 9:30 Monday Morning and he came within 2 hours. Very nice and professional. I highly recommend Mr.Sed and his crew . The best in Mississippi for sure . Thank you all. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Mr. Sed and his assistant were prompt, and efficient. They worked carefully, cleaned and protected my fireplace , flooring and the fireplace surround. The outside chimney cap and brick stack was inspected with pictures to show any damage and needed repair. They still do business “The Old Fashioned Way”-Quality. Give them a try- you’ll be pleased

I was getting no where trying to light the pilot on my fireplace gas insert. I took a chance and called Chimney Sweep Solutions. I spoke to Sed minutes before closing, explained my situation asked if he could light it, he was hesitant but he came. Not only did he light the pilot, he was polite, professional, and proficient. I'm sure I would have found someone...I'm just grateful it was Mr. Sed.

The guys that came to inspect and clean my fireplace were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As they cleaned my fireplace, they were very neat. I would recommend them very highly.

Great folks to work with. Responded quickly, arrived on time. Left area completely clean. We had a lot of cracks in our chimney stack which Sed repaired and sealed. Very pleased with their work.
